Policies
Booking deposit: The cost of your deposit is based upon the total of your rentals/services. 10% of your total cost will be due in order to book and secure your place and equipment. This amount will be applied towards your final cost. Full payment must be received a week before your party date.
Cancellation policy: Say it isn't so! It's ok, life happens. If you should need to cancel we charge a 10% fee (this just means we keep the booking deposit) up to the day before your party. If you cancel the day of we charge a 50% fee.
Late policy: We bet you're tired after that party, but we've gotta help other parties too! Our rentals are for 24 hours. After this time, we charge a 10% fee per day.
Delivery & Setup: We can help here too! You're move than welcome to hop on over and pick up and return the equipment yourself, but here's our pricing if you need a hand:
$75 delivery fee within 20 miles, over 20 miles we add $1/mile.
$50 set up fee (free option is for us to drop off the equipment to you)
$50 breakdown fee (free option is for you to neatly stack and repack the equipment for us)
